GREAT SERVICE MEANS HAPPY CUSTOMERS
TPMS light had come on but tires showed equal and required pressures. Called in for appointment but was informed I could get resolution to my issue through their express bay. Drove to MH Nissan drove to express bay. Josh had me in and out within 20 minutes problem resolved.Super efficient and pleasant fellow.

I won a free car detail at the trade show, and honestly, I wasn't expecting much since I wasn't paying for it. To my surprise, they did an amazing job! Shout out to the detail team—you guys rocked it! My car looks beautiful. Thank you! 😊 I can't comment on the prices, but if you need a car detail, I definitely recommend checking them out.

I purchased our third new vehicle from this excellent dealership in nine years. This experience was by far the best. Our sales rep was Francis, the most honest and genuine gentleman I have met in a long time. He treated me with respect and didn’t pressure me at all. So if you’re looking to buy a vehicle and want to treated with respect call Francis at Medicine Hat Nissan. Dan the sales manager was equally respectful and honest. He gave me an excellent value for my trade going the extra mile to make the deal. Jeff the finance manager was all of the above giving me a great deal on add ons. To prove that I chose the right dealership I had fall at home. I broke two ribs so Francis and Jeff brought the paperwork to my home for me to sign. Picked up my vehicle to get the tires switched over to new vehicle. From start to finish 5+ stars. I was Francis’s first sale but I’m sure he’ll sell many more. Keep up the good work. Yesterday we had a problem with our Key Fobs on the Giant Tiger parking lot, nothing would work, I opened the Qashqai with the key & the vehicle started. We drove to the Nissan dealership, Jae the General Manager was the first to help us, no luck, then Joey tried also with no luck. They took the vehicle in & we were given a ride home. Got home & had a phone message from Joey, the problem was dead batteries in the Key Fobs, all fixed & was picked up. No charge!! These guys & gals at Medicine Hat Nissan are wonderful, so helpful & friendly & I highly recommend them for sales & service. Sheri our sales rep went out & actually bought Chocolate Powder & keeps it in her drawer to make me a Hot Chocolate when I visit the dealership, now that is SERVICE with a smile. Thanks very much to all of you.

Had a great experience with Parts department as an out of towner who ordered parts. There was a mistake that occurred but they remedied it and stood behind their word which was great to see. Also FYI if you are looking for cheaper factory parts these folks were the cheapest south of Edmonton. Chat with Darcy at the front counter if you need your parts.
I've been here/contacted the store a few times over the past couple days regarding parts for a 09 infiniti g37 and a 2015 nissan altima.EVERY member of staff that I had the pleasure to speak with were ALL super helpful, polite and professional but as the person I spoke to the most I have to give a certain notice to Darcy.Honestly this guy could not have been a bigger help! I've thrown a couple curveballs into the frey with parts that he couldn't find easily. He stayed on it and tracked it all down and even when he wasn't too sure that the part pictured was infact the right part he went the extra mile to contact nissan themselves to ensure I got the right part.I've dealt with alot of people at various stores about parts, for the most part I have been happy with them all but I've NEVER had such confidence that what I was going to get would indeed be the right part for the job.Just a little FYI for Nissan, if by some miracle I am ever in the position to hire a parts guy, I would walk into the store and steal this guy from you!

Joey went way beyond helping me out on a small issue I had. I am looking for a new vehicle in a while as my 2010 Murano has 330,000 trouble free kms. I will defiantly be returning to Medicine Hat Nissan for this reason. Thank you again Joey for your help.

In all, 5 vehicles have been sold or leased to me and they’ve shown an ‘eagerness to please’ every time I step foot in their door. I went in to the Nissan dealership to get help to get rid of grasshoppers and other insects that got imbedded in my vehicle during a recent trip to the prairies. Lovely team here, got incredible service from Austin, Taylor, Jeff & Rudy.Felt like a part of the family and experienced a down to earth team that were very thorough with the financing, pricing and vehicle features.They also impressively detailed the beautiful Deep blue pearl Frontier Pro-4x for me, when I walked into the dealership I was speechless.They truly made it a wonderful experience after driving from 8 hours away, Austin even looked up an Airbnb for me to stay the night making sure I had good rest to complete the truck pickup.Highly recommend this location and purchasing a Nissan built vehicle for their quality and craftsmanship. Appreciating the build on this 2022 pro4x inside and and out!Edit: I bought a tire protection warranty during this truck purchase in 2022 and when I needed to use it a year later in 2023 I was denied the option. Apparently I needed to use it at the dealership. Not sure why it was even sold to me when I live 10 hours away in BC and staff was fully aware I wouldn’t be coming back.
