Their service persons and salespersons have been nothing but courteous and eager to help with any issues that have occurred during this time. In all, 5 vehicles have been sold or leased to me and they’ve shown an ‘eagerness to please’ every time I step foot in their door. My husband and I popped into Medicine Hat Nissan on May 20. We were greeted immediately by a friendly smile from Jen - she took her time answering all our questions and taking us out for a test drive. "Uncle Dan" was pleasant and answered additional questions we had. From there Taylor took over and helped us sort out financing etc.... and just over a week later we decided to buy and drove home in a brand spanking new Nissan Murano just yesterday! This vehicle is sooooo nice and had everything we wanted in a new car! Thanks everyone for being so easy-going!

Had an amazing experience with Hailey in Sales and Jeff in Finances.My fiancé and I went into Nissan knowing we needed a bigger vehicle for our family. We had two vehicles on loans that we wanted to trade for one vehicle, which they made happen.Hailey was super friendly and had lots of knowledge regarding the vehicle we got and the ones we looked at well searching the lot. Hailey was also a great conversationist and was able to find lots of common ground with myself and my fiancé. Hailey also made sure we were leaving in the vehicle that best suited our family!Jeff in Finances is absolutely phenomenal! We really appreciated everything he did to make sure we were driving around in the vehicle that we felt best suited us. We are a young family still learning lots about finances and credit, he was able to explain lots of different things to us all while making us feel comfortable.My fiancé and I also had conversations with a few other employees and they were all friendly.We are very excited to have Nissan as our dealership and look forward to coming for maintenance.

This dealership was super awesome to deal with. Right from the time we entered the dealership for the first time our salesperson, Taylor, was so friendly and most important, knowledgeable about the Nissan Murano. She went over all the features before we test drove and was super helpful with explaining the features while we drove. She also introduced us to the service department personnel and Jeanie was great in setting up our first oil change in the future. Would definitely recommend Taylor as your sales agent if you are looking. When it came to dealing with the money part, Austin was great! Went over everything in detail and what he couldn’t answer, Jeff filled in what we needed to know. When we picked up our vehicle, Mike, the sales Manager, sat down with us getting our feedback on the service. I can tell you it was nothing but good. It was very obvious this dealership works as a confident team which makes the whole process of buying so much easier and comfortable!

Lovely team here, got incredible service from Austin, Taylor, Jeff & Rudy.Felt like a part of the family and experienced a down to earth team that were very thorough with the financing, pricing and vehicle features.They also impressively detailed the beautiful Deep blue pearl Frontier Pro-4x for me, when I walked into the dealership I was speechless.They truly made it a wonderful experience after driving from 8 hours away, Austin even looked up an Airbnb for me to stay the night making sure I had good rest to complete the truck pickup.Highly recommend this location and purchasing a Nissan built vehicle for their quality and craftsmanship. Appreciating the build on this 2022 pro4x inside and and out!Edit: I bought a tire protection warranty during this truck purchase in 2022 and when I needed to use it a year later in 2023 I was denied the option. Apparently I needed to use it at the dealership. Not sure why it was even sold to me when I live 10 hours away in BC and staff was fully aware I wouldn’t be coming back.
